Yes. Stripe Checkout requires a card on file before the trial begins. We do not charge anything during the 7-day trial. You are only charged on day 8 if you have not canceled.
If you do not cancel before day 8, your subscription automatically converts to paid at the rate displayed during checkout. The card on file is charged for your first paid period. If the charge fails, the subscription enters a grace period and we prompt you to update your card before access is suspended.
Open the billing page in your FlyDocs workspace and click the link to the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation is one click. As long as you cancel before day 8, you will not be charged. Your access continues for the remainder of the 7 days.
The full feature set of whichever paid tier you signed up for. Solo trials include everything in Solo. Team trials include everything in Team. The Free local-only tier remains available no matter what.
Yes. Promo codes are entered on the Stripe Checkout page when you start the trial. The 7-day free period runs first, then the promo code applies to your first paid invoice on day 8.
Anyone added to your organization counts as a seat — developers, admins, and reviewers alike. You are billed per active member.
Yes. You can upgrade to annual billing any time to save 20%. Switching is prorated automatically.
No. The Solo plan gives you the full cloud workflow for a single developer. Upgrade to Team when you add collaborators or need analytics.
Solo includes up to 5 repositories in one workspace for a single developer. If you need more repos, multiple workspaces, or additional seats, upgrade to Team.
The Team plan supports 3 to 20 seats per organization. If you need more than 20, contact us about an Enterprise plan — we will tailor seat counts and terms to your team.
